3. Non-Eligible Returns

5. Return Shipping
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
